The Guelaguetza Auditorium: The Guelaguetza Auditorium plays host to the very traditional and very Oaxacan Guelaguetza show the first 2 Mondays of July called the "Lunes del Cerro". Folk dancers from the 8 regions of Oaxaca come together with their distinctive and traditional dances and delight tourists from all over the world. The video below shows you how to get to the auditorium on foot. It's not so far as far as distance is concerned but it is an uphill hike that may or may not tucker you out. So if you think you got what it takes... GO FOR IT!
