About OVG: We, at OVG, are a group of dedicated people that has been working in the tourism/transportation industry in Oaxaca for over 10 years. Each of us has a different area of expertise which, when fused together, allows us to rise above the norm and offer tourists from all over the world this free video and podcast guide service and our highly personalized and exclusive private tours.
The base of OVG is our free video and podcast guide library which is a kind of "get anywhere by yourself" aid which uses the famous Santo Domingo Church in the middle of Oaxaca city as a reference point and then shows you, by video and/or audio, how to get to the elusive bus stations, amazing archaeological sites, the best restaurants as well as hotels, local markets and anywhere else you might want to go, (be sure to check back often as our library is constantly updated with exciting new places). These videos can be downloaded free to your cellphone, your laptop or viewed online at anytime here or on our YouTube channel. We also offer free podcasts, which are audio versions of our video guides, which can then be downloaded directly to your ipod. No more asking around, half explaining - half understanding.
